It's close to Riverside hospital. I would highly recommend staying here if you have family at Riverside. There is a special rate for families with patients at Riverside. In order to get the rate you have to book directly through the hotel. The staff is wonderful. Robert and Tyler were so helpful our entire stay. The breakfast was tasty and different every day. We were here for a week and will definitely be back. My mom has mobility issues. We booked a handicapped room and the room was perfect. Tyler and Robert were so good to us.

The hot breakfast options were great ~ Robert was there when we checked in and out ~ he was fantastic and kept his cool and was extremely professional and polite when some other customers were unhappy regarding their 3rd party reservations. Room was perfect ~ nice quiet stay .

The breakfast was a variety of things offered. Coffee and tea 24 hours. The gym and pool was nice and maintained. The staff was welcoming. Only thing is we wished there was a microwave in room, but they did have one downstairs.

Julia. She was amazing at helping me get a room for a disabled family member so he wouldn't have to walk far. She checked on us frequently and I felt she was willing to go above and beyond for any needs that might come up.

Breakfast was great. We are vegan so having options for us was amazing. Most places do not include those with dietary needs, but this place did. We were very surprised, and it was really appreciated it.
